Errors when adding a user Full mailbox permissions to another mailbox

Hi all,

I'm receiving this error when adding a user to shared mailbox: "Some Controls Aren't Valid. Changes to the user/group list are required to grant or revoke permissions"

Although I receive the error the user can still see the mailbox but only 2 of the 4 folders within it?

When I add myself or a test user it goes though fine and you're able to see all the folders.

Any advice would be great, thanks,

Update:
I removed said user from the mailbox and re-added, this time with no erros present but user can still only see 1 of the 4 folders under this mailbox!?!

Can they see them all using OWA? If so, check the application event log on the CAS and look for matching 9646 events in which case you're hitting a bottleneck on the CAS.
