I've done all the things in thread841-1650353: Trouble deleting a digital station Fujitsu F9600., but am still unable to DEL MLDT. I'm receiving ERR-061: Service still assigned. I've done all the steps below and still no luck. Where else could it be set up that would prevent the deletion?

Excellent!!!
I finally got it doing the following steps. I was deleting EXT 128 in my example.

1. Clear Feature Buttons.
DEL MLPFB,,128,ALL

2. Cancel Message Waiting.
CAN MW,,128,ALL

3. Display DIRECT STATION SELECT BUTTON
DIS MLDSB,,141

In Step 3, my DSSDN and BNO was 140 and 110 respectively (used in next step).

4.Delete DT Button Assignment
DEL MLPFB,,140,110

5. Delete Station
DEL MLDT,,128

I did get a little hung up on step 4, as I was trying to enter the extension number, and not the DSSDN. I am not even sure what a DSSDN is...

Thank you to all who helped me in this! I REALLY appreciate it.

FYI, I also had to delete the forwards on some extensions
DEL FWD,,128,ALL,ALL

RE: Trouble deleting a digital station Fujitsu F9600

A DSSDN is a DSS Directory number that appears in an MLDT station

NewNic - thank you for your response.

DIS MLDSB,,7000,7300

DSSDN doesn't appear to be the problem either. Any other commands to try?

RE: Trouble deleting a digital station Fujitsu F9600

Dis stsvd,,xxxx

this will show you anything dynamically set, fwd, dnd etc

You already looked at dis stsv corect

There aren't any keys programmed except for the extension 7278

RE: Trouble deleting a digital station Fujitsu F9600

From the phone, dial all the call fwd cancel codes, and dnd cancel code.

Then try and del mldt

RE: Trouble deleting a digital station Fujitsu F9600

(OP)
The cancel codes didn't work, I assume because we've deleted all of the keys and functions. I had him go ahead and unplug the phone, and I was unable to delete it then either. Thank you for continuing to help!!! I appreciate your responses.

RE: Trouble deleting a digital station Fujitsu F9600

can you post "dis stsv", dis stsvd, and dis mldt

RE: Trouble deleting a digital station Fujitsu F9600

(OP)
It was associated with a PickUp group, so I deleted the extension from that group. I've included the before and after DIS STSV. I did also try to DEL MLDT again after this change and received the same error as before. Thank you again for your continued help.
