CallPilot System Prompt

CallPilot System Prompt

CallPilot System Prompt

I have a CallPilot System Version 05.01.01.
I have a user mailbox that is set as...
Block Incoming Messages: Always
Block Message Call Handling: Disconnect caller after greeting
After the greeting plays, the system prompt "The owner of this mailbox is not accepting messages at this time" plays and then the call is dropped.
Is there any way to stop the prompt from being played?
I know I can use app builder to get around this however, the preffered method would be to stop the prompt.

RE: CallPilot System Prompt

In CPMGR -> Messaging -> System Prompts Customization, these are the system prompts you can change - if what you're looking for is not on this list, then you can't change it.

RE: CallPilot System Prompt

It's not on the list. I wonder if there is a way to locate the particular file on the server and replace it with a file that's a short recording of silence???
