How to tranfer call to our automated system.


We set a CCR Tree and a Call Center. Now I need to find a way to transfer a call, once we picked up such call, back to our starting menu. For example, a customer want to speak to hr but he chose sales from menu. We picked call and tell him to choose the right option. At this moment, they are hanging up and dialing again, but we want to be able to send them back to home without terminating call.

Please advise.
