Wireless controller RBT-8110 webAAA problems

Wireless controller RBT-8110 webAAA problems

Hi all,

I have 2 RBT-8110 with same configuration but when I associate an AP to one controller and connect to him I cannot surf, logs tell me that association was successful but I wont't have connectivity.

Any help please?

Thanks a lot in advance!

RE: Wireless controller RBT-8110 webAAA problems

Are you using NAC or policy in conjunction with your controller? What about 802.1x or macauthentication on the switch that the AP is connected to? If the AP has associated with the controller then the correct, or none at all, policy is applied to the port. Verify that it has by looking under access approval, it should show approved and not pending. What authentication method is being used on that SSID, .1x or mac, WPA, etc. If it is bridged at the controller, is the VNS and topology set up... can you ping it from the gateway? If it is bridged at the AP, can you ping the gateway from your pc? This is a good place to start, let me know what you find.pc3
