Script Task is unable to load/use referenced DLL.

Hi all. I have an issue creating a connection to a Pervasive database using the Pervasive 8 provider in SSIS 2012. For that reason, I created a DLL in VB.Net, which is also the language of the script task, with code to process the data from the Pervasive database. The code runs fine; the connection is made with the SAME user name and password as in the connection that fails. However, when the package runs, the script task gets stuck as it apparently fails to load\reference my DLL. Am I missing something here?

I've had to add the classes to the script task's VS2010 project as this is the only way I could get it to work.

Thank you in advance.
