In Queues setup how do you add a pacifier announcement and interval it plays on UCX system. A example would be "please continue to hold for next agent" that plays every 30 seconds while waiting for call to be answered.

RE: ACD (call center) setup

In your Queue, scroll down to near the bottom where you'll see a section called Periodic Announcements. That's where you'll set it up. You will have to create an IVR first and record a greeting for it (under System Recordings). Select that IVR from the drop-down box and select the interval from the Repeat Frequency drop-down box. It will play that recording at whatever interval you choose.

In that IVR you can also set up options for the callers to break out of the queue if you want.
