Hold / Held Reminder

(OP)
Is there a way to set a reminder for a call on hold. I don't want a parking lot timeout, Just some sort of reminder. I am using 1140e's

Thanks!

RE: Hold / Held Reminder

Currently, we do not have a Hold Recall Timer. But we are looking at this feature for a future update.

Sincerely,

RE: Hold / Held Reminder

As far as I know, neither held call reminder nor recall is currently supported.

RE: Hold / Held Reminder

The Held Call Reminder from BCM/Norstar might be a good feature to add to the list! It 's an important feature to alert a user that may have forgotten about a call on hold.

I know we use this feature extensively in our pharmacies, so that a pharmacist doesn't forget a call is on hold.
