For sip, navigate to the PBX/Sip Settings page, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a field called ‘Other Sip Settings’
On the left side of the equals sign, enter ‘tos_sip’ on the right side enter the Class Selector designation (CS5). You must use the Class Selector designation not the absolute value.
To check it, go to the PBX/Tools menu and enter ‘sip show settings’ then press the execute button. Scroll down to the ‘Network QOS settings’ group.

To set this for Nortel phones, navigate to the PBX/Nortel settings page. In the TOS field enter .
To check it, go to the PBX/Tools menu and enter ‘ucx show settings’ then press the execute button. Scroll down to the ‘Network QOS settings’ group.
