called id not showing on Avaya Definity system

Company had Definity system as PBX and Multitech modems at satellite stores. Under this situation, we had the receptionist at Headquarters seeing the number and location (called id) showing up in her window. We have recently replaced some of the Multitech units with Cisco VG202 gateways in some stores - those stores are now NOT showing location in window for incoming call? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
