We've recently upgraded from CC6 to AACC. The first Call Centre went fine and no problems experienced. The second Call Centre worked, but we experienced problems with the IVR not showing on stats. We removed and re-installed the 32 bit Oracle Client. Now the Real Time display comes up, but the square is empty and shows 'Real Time hidden'. We also cannot pull Historical Reports from that server. However, if I log onto our second server in Cape Town, I can pull the JHB historical reports. What can be the problem ? It looks like AACC can see the database, but yet there is an empty box without any data.
