We are using AACC 6.3 SP8 using CCT/CCMS Co Res server with a Multimedia (email)stand alone server.. and looking at chat and Outbound campaigns. We are connected via AML to CS1K at RLs 7.5 and a Call Pilot...5
I would like to connect with any other users that are using a similar if not exact same set up. I know this site is for tips and info and am fine staying on it for the continuing conversations. Our VARs are not super helpful when trying to connect us to other users and I really need to "connect" and share info and thoughts with others having a similar system challenges and or issues.

I am with a VAR, but have worked with MM at several customer sites (I install, train users and administrators, provide design guidance). Maybe I can help?

Hi Effort and thanks for the response. We have a really good VAR from our perspective and they are pretty supportive. I was looking to actually share with some of the customers that are on this site but it seems to be pretty "technician" centric here but was hoping for a connection or 2. We keep getting "told" there are several customers out there with our config....but I have yet to actually connect with one. I am also an IAUGA member and even there the choices of similar configs is sketchy. Mostly Avaya Red users or Blue, but with only CCMS or something missing. If you have any connections that might want to chat....you know where to find me...

Sorry I cannot be of help. We tend to over use our customer contacts for prospective client calls. We have none exactly like your scenario though there is one very close (CS1K 7.5, CP5, AACC SP9, CCMS, CCMA, CCT, CCMM all serparate servers using voice, email, chat, and outbound).
