Lotus 123 v 9.8 Where is WYSIWYG?

Lotus 123 v 9.8 Where is WYSIWYG?

I've used version 5.0 for years and absolutely love it. Just got a new Dell 64 bit desktop and 5.0 wouldn't install on it. I purchased SmartSuite and was able to install, but only in the Compatibility settings. I was on top of the world to see good old Lotus 123 again. HOWEVER, what happened to the <SHIFT + :>? (shift and colon) shortcut to bring up the WYSIWYG menu? The / menu works fine, but not the Shift + Colon menu. I truly hope they didn't eliminate it because it will take at least three times longer to use the dropdown menus. Can anyone help?
