WordPress Menu Item Number - How do I find it?

CAn anybody tell me how to find the number for an item on a WordPress main menu?

RE: WordPress Menu Item Number - How do I find it?

huh? Like in what WP considers the first option, second option etc?

If so generally when you go into a section of wordpress (posts, pages, etc) you can mouse over a name and see the number in the URL string at the bottom.

RE: WordPress Menu Item Number - How do I find it?

it's just the postID of the relevant db entry.

either search the menu item in the db or in the admin panel copy the link address of the relevant 'remove' link. it will have an id embedded in the query string.

<a class="item-delete submitdelete deletion" id="delete-50517" href="http://*****************.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php?action=delete-menu-item&menu-item=50517&_wpnonce=33193740d7">Remove</a>
