Desktop 5.6 and HP Protect

We are currently installing HP Protect Tools Authentication Services 4.1, whilst this works well in our 'normal' AD environment I understand that there are issues with operability with XenDesktop 5.6

Does anyone have any experience of this install and making HP Protect work with XenDesktop?
