Has anyone seen this? I have checked the automatic work and wrap-up timers (15 seconds). The agents are saying that after they go not ready, that they are randomly put back into ready. Supervisors claim they don't manually put the agents back in ready. I have checked in the Admin desktop and there doesn't appear to be any timer set for the not ready codes. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
