When trying to restart the clone job from the NMC , it is not anything. Cannot see nsrclone process running at the task manager. Looks like it is hanging.

Tried below checks from my end :
• After starting the clone job , nothing is appearing on the NMC neither I can find nsrclone process in the task manager.
• Renamed nsrjobd ,temp & nsrladb (tried stop & start the networker services) but no luck.
• When trying to restart the clone job again , it’s not doing anything at all.

Already through with the backup server reboot , but received no luck on this as issue still persists.

We are sitting on version 7.6.4 , any advice on this would be helpful.

Try to get more info by running the command manually:

nsrclone -vvv -b pool -S ssid

ssid is the save set ID you get via mminfo.

This should tell you a bit more.
