I have a Polycom 335 connected to UCX50 which was working just fine. However when I disconnected it from the switch to move phone it does not boot when reconnected. I keep getting a provisioning error 0x4020, any ideas on how to clear this up???

Sounds like the SIP set is not downloading from the TFTP site.
It looks for the sip.cfg file then it can boot.

http://www.tftp-server.com/tftp-client.html for a TFTP client to test the TFTP server.
You could try to ping it first though.

I am not qualified, just a guess.
