Coverting XML file to HTML

Having issues converting a xml document to html, I have a style sheet (css) but just can't get the file layout correct.

Don't suppose anyone knows of a program(freeware!!) that I can download to do this, as it is really ticking me off.

Didn't anyone ever tell you? There's one thing you never put in a trap — if you're smart, if you value your continued existence, if you have any plans about seeing tomorrow — there's one thing you never — ever, put in a trap. … Me.
