Hi,

Over the weekend I upgraded a CoRes AML AACC 6.2 system from SP5 to SP6, everything webt smoothly as far as uninstalling SP5 restarting then installing SP6 then restarting again, I also restarted the Call Pilot, once all services were up and AACC was started I checked the CDN's were acquired and they were, then I checked the Voice Ports, all agent phones were acquired however the Call Pilot Voice Ports where in an 'Acquired-Logout' state and I couldn't get any IVRs to play. I restarted the CP and AACC, once started it had the same state. I had to disable and then enable the CP 201i card in the CS1K before the AACC Voice Ports would go to 'Acquired-Login' state.

I spoke to a colleague about it and she mentioned that it was a bug in AACC 6.2 SP4, when SP4 was installed a registry key in the Windows OS was changed that prevented AACC from auto logging the voice ports once acquired, she couldn't however remember what registry key it was or what the settings was.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and know the correct registry key and setting, I don't want to risk the AACC restarting during business hours and the voice ports not acquiring properly.

Just a side note, the voice ports would work correctly and auto ‘Acquire-Login’ when SP5 was installed.

Thanks

Nathan.

Does this help?: thread690-1697564

Unfortunately no that thread doesn't help, I'm looking for the registry key and settings to apply to fix the issue.

But thanks for the reference.

Check Registry entry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Nortel\LinkHandler\nbalh\CALLPILOT_CLAN_IPAddress
or
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432node\Nortel\LinkHandler\nbalh\CALLPILOT_CLAN_IPAddress.
This should be modified so that it contains the correct address for the Call Pilot Clan, you might find it actually contains the ELAN address.
However, this issue should have been fixed in AACC6.2 SP5
