(OP)
Hi all,
Greetings..
Last week we faced one issue that nobody was able to login to a DB server using ssh but it was possible to connect to DB instances using sql or toad. So we have to power recycle this box to get it back. However according to our performance tool report CPU utilization was increased to 75% from normal 35%-40% utilization and memory utilization was normal (around 80%). We have openssh package(SMCossh421) in this server (Solaris 10 update 04). Nothing is recorded in /var/adm/messages apart from several entries of below mentioned error:
sshd[29432]: [ID 800047 auth.crit] fatal: Timeout before authentication for....

Anybody has any idea what could be the issue ? any bug related to openssh ? And also please let us know how ssh session was not possible but sql sessions were possible to made ?

Thanks in Advance.
