Does IBM System X3650 7979-B7A and IBM System X3550 7979-B7A have management port?
If yes, are they by default on?
If not, do i have to get the license? NIC? or any others?

Please help.

They both will have a BMC, baseline management console, but this is not for remote access, it pretty much just gathers log files. You would need to purchase an RSA-II slim line card, if not already installed, there is no license.
