I never deal with Partner but have a student that has an issue. He wants to adjust the hunt group answer timer (extend it). I don't seem to find where. It's an R8 on an IP 500. Thank you!

From Manager, go to Update Trunk Configurations->Advanced Setup->VMS Settings (in the lower right corner). Delay (Day) and Delay (night) set the number of rings before going to the auto attendant.


When in doubt, just keep upgra.. er..downgrading! LOL :)
