What "replacement" parts are you looking for? Are they parts that may be covered by any maintenance agreement you might have in place with Avaya? There are many resellers for Avaya... it comes down to preference. The 2 I listed are familiar on the East Coast... keep me posted... sorry if this is vague.

For that you may want to try I would call them and ask for those specific pieces. They're usually pretty good about detailed parts. Good Luck...
