I am trying to create a report as shown below. It is somewhat self explanatory.
I am using groups. The lines (_____) I put in because when I copied my excel spread sheet into this area it stripped the borders.
My Problem is the space these 'lines' are taking up. Notice the relationship between the number of "TOL's" and the lines.
If there are 4, then there will be 4 rows. If there are 22 there will be 22 rows. Ho can I fix this?

Dept Team AdjNum Claim Sym TOL Case Reserves
Casualty Cas3 00487 20149614 CPA MP 3,000
Casualty Cas3 00487 20149655 CPA PD 1,200
Casualty Cas3 00487 20149993 CPA PD 1,200
Casualty Cas3 00487 20150083 CPA PD 1,500
Casualty Cas3 00487 20150107 CPA PD 1,000
Totals 7,900

TOL - DESC Count
MP - Medical Payments 1 ____________________________________
PD - Property Damage Liability 4 ____________________________________
