Running Epicor Vista 6.10.543 on Windows 7 - help files won't run

Running Epicor Vista 6.10.543 on Windows 7 successfully but cannot get help files to run. Works fine on Windows XP platform, but not on Windows 7.

Anyone successful in getting this to work on Windows 7? I realize the Vista version is very old, but that's what the client is running/working with.

Thanks in advance.

Did you try running Epicor as an Administrator? Or maybe try a compatibility mode also.

Thanks for the reply. We are running as administrator, will try compatibility mode or perhaps XP Mode in Windows 7.

Navigate to the server\client directory. Look for the help file DLLs. Set compatibility on those.
Also, check the Help Annotation maintenance menu.
If this does not work, I believe there is a fix on Epicweb.
