Google country specific search 1

At one time there was a google Help page with all the country codes to direct Google to a specific country like:

Code:

[URL unfurl="true"]http://www.google.fr/[/URL]      for Google France
[URL unfurl="true"]http://www.google.co.uk/[/URL]   for Google United Kingdom
[URL unfurl="true"]http://www.google.co.in/[/URL]   for Google India
[URL unfurl="true"]http://www.google.uk.com/[/URL]  for Google United Kingdom ???

Does anyone know where that complete list resides?

There was at one time a way to navigate via google help to get to the same results but alas good things don't last.
