APC Symmetra LX Silence Alarm

My APC Symmetra lx has a battery fault that is causing a audible alarm that is quite annoying. The replacement battery has been ordered but I was wondering if anyone knew how to silence the alarm. I've search all the menu options on the front of the panel and couldn't find a thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RE: APC Symmetra LX Silence Alarm

In the Display menu see if you can change the audible alarm (beeper) criteria to stop the alarm from sounding.

See Chapter 3 of the user manual.

Hope this helps.
