Printing from a browser

I was wanting to write a program in which a person would answer a few questions on a form. Once they hit the submit button, the information entered into the form would be rearranged on to a another web page. This web page would automatically print this web page out. What my question boils down to is there a PERL command that sends information to the printer.

RE: Printing from a browser

1. There is a separate forum for CGI now.
2. No. VBScript can do it in Windows, on other platforms i dont think any such thing exists.

RE: Printing from a browser

You *might* be able to do it (the printing) in PerlScript (I don't honestly know), but all the other stuff (re-arranging text) should be easy in Perl. :)

RE: Printing from a browser

It is easy to do in Javascript using the Print() command.
