Audix Name recording

Audix Name recording

Audix Name recording

(OP)
Hi folks
Running basic old fashioned Audix 3.something - not Intuity - and one of my users has to change her name due to getting wed.  As this is the name initially recorded when the mailbox was set up, do I have to delete and recreate the mailbox for her to do this?
Cheers
JDE

RE: Audix Name recording

Hi
I think this works on most Audix revisions:

Try option 5 from the main menu then option 5 again to record the mailbox name.

   Good Luck

   Cheers

That's a very hidden option... many thanks, works a treat.

RE: Audix Name recording

JDE,
Infact there are many options in Audix you can try, when you login to the audix mailbox press "*4" (help) it would give you all the options available on the audix incl. password change/name record/etc...
Regards
