Please can any one tell me what is the steps to create ERP program because i want to make company to create or build ERP solution
what must i know.

Unfortunately that question is BIG and does not have a simple answer.  Additionally, while there are some generalities that can apply, it is dependent on the nature of the company.

It is sort of like asking how do you build a building.

For example: Sometimes that building needs to have a swimming pool inside such as for a Recreational Facility and most other times not.

I'd recommend that you research the ERP systems that are on the web.  Study all of the functional modules that they offer.   Then you might get a general idea of all of the parts that you need to consider in your own ERP system.

Dynamics GP can, and does, offer a number of those functional modules, but depending on the specifics of the company involved, it may not provide all that you need.

Good Luck,

Another reference you might want to look into is a book:
   Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 Implementation
Do a Google Search for:
   "Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 Implementation"
and you will find it from a number of sources.

It is a very good book and it will help you to better understand all of the operational decisions and work that should be done to set up Dynamics GP into a fully functional mode whereby it might support more ERP functionality.

Additionally, the author is an contributor to this forum area from time to time.

However keep in mind what I said above, if the company in question has UNIQUE methods of operation or UNIQUE processing needs, etc. - an off-the-shelf ERP solution may not work for them.  They might need something custom developed or at least have some custom development done to supplement an off-the-shelf solution.

Good Luck,
