Message Manager will not start up

(OP)
I have a user that had message manager installed and working.  The IS guys did a reload and bumped her to Windows 2K from NT.  I tried to load a new version of Message Manager R4.6, it loaded fine, but I get a Windows error (The instructions at 0x77fcb397 referenced memory at 0x17cc36dd.  The memory could not be written.  I uninstalled and reinstalled same thing.  I uninstalled and installed R4.5 same thing.  Anybody seen this.  Of course the IS guys say its the program and I'm saying its the PC.

RE: Message Manager will not start up

You may want to close any application that is running in the backround before installing (IE: Norton,etc...)I ran into this with Centre Vu installs awhile back..
Hope this helps...
