Who do you have your support with?  Business Partner or Exact?
Do you have premium or standard?  Do you feel your support is adequate?

A support contract is not mandatory.  You can "pay as you go", and work with the consulting arm of Exact, or one of the business partners.

The downside is that you'd be missing out on Exact's support group, which is well staffed from 8am to 8pm EST.

So, if you opted for no business partner and Exact support, what happens when they "refer you to your business partner for consulting"?
