MAS 90 and Crystal Reports XI Work Ticket Transaction Detail Report

MAS 90 and Crystal Reports XI Work Ticket Transaction Detail Report

(OP)
Could someone please guide me on what tables should be linked in Crystal Reports XI to create the work ticket transaction report by item? I need to create a detail ticket breakdown of hrs worked, labor cost and burden cost by employee. I am currently using tables JT_Transaction History, JT_workticket, and SO_salesorder.TransactionHeader.  I am not getting the correct hours worked and labor cost.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Yes, that was my initial thought as well. My company just purchased JobOps to add to the MAS90 modules, and the resource section in MAS has nothing for JOBOps.

I have tried linking a variety of tables to get the work ticket detail but Crystal Reports keeps locking up on me.

Thank you all very much for your replies. I did get a hold of our data manager and got the location of the job ops table layout files. They were located on a different server.

For anyone else whom may need help with this, I was able to finally write the report by going into Mas 90, Job Ops, Custom Reports and selecting to run the Crystal Reports File Generation. This allowed MAS to populate report fields in Crystal Reports that would otherwise be empty.

Next I built the report using the following tables:
JT_21CRWWorkTicketLines
JT_31CRWLaborTrans
JT_3xCRWTransactions
SO_SalesOrderHeader
JT_ActivityCode

Thanks again for trying to help. You did point me in the right direction, I had not considered contacting our data administrator.
