AR Service invoice did not update GL after posting

(OP)
thread639-1621291 We processed a service invoice in Sep 11 and only realised in Nov 11 that it was not reflecting on the age analysis. We posted the invoice in Nov 11. The AR module reflects this sale amount both on the sales and debtors age analysis but does not reflect on the general ledger accounts.

AR GL distribution report shows this invoice with no star reflected on these entries showing that these lines have not been posted to general ledger. This distribution is back dated to Sep 11.

We thought of opening period Sep 11 for the AR module and posting this to the general ledger, but not sure if this action will affect inventory or any other modules. We need to reflect these entries on the relevant general ledger accounts and would appreciate your urgent help as we need to close off Nov 11 accounts.
We are using Macola Progression 7.6.400bi - SQL
