Panasonic Manintenance console

Panasonic Manintenance console

Panasonic Manintenance console

I have installed the console on my Windows 7 64 bit Toshiba lap top, when trying to open the program I get the error message

EA04301 unable to open Lan port.

The pc is showing me connected to an unidentified network.

I have tried disabling my firewall, but to no avail, does anyone have any ideas.

RE: Panasonic Manintenance console

set your unidentified network to a home network.

this is a common issue with win 7.

RE: Panasonic Manintenance console

I have set the network to a work network but the same problem.

Any other thoughts

RE: Panasonic Manintenance console

have you set fixed ip on laptop, if you are connecting direct to system

RE: Panasonic Manintenance console

Another point to Note,

If you have installed the latest programming tool,
the is sometimes an issue with the latest tool
connecting to systems with ver 3 or lower on
KXTDA with CTI Cards. I dont know what model
you are connecting to but try upgrading to
the latest MPR file.

This issue happens with the LAN Port as decribed
by you and also with connecting through ISDN.
