Moved from Progression to ES - Crystal Forms - any way to Bypass View?

(OP)
Just migrated to Es from Progression - have most of the forms the way we want them but having an issue with picking tickets. Since we are using the crystal forms - it automatically loads a preview of the pick ticket - the users then have to hit print then close. If they hit print twice from this screen - it will print twice - neither will say duplicate pick ticket. THe opposite is also true - if they close the view without printing - it looks like the pick ticket has printed. We print these to a printer in the warehouse - so all the salespeople are calling my shipper making sure the pick ticket printed(mainly because they are on the phone all day -interrupted constantly - so they see the open view screen and are not sure whether they printed it). Would love to bypass the view screen - is there a way to do so? Or has anyone else had this problem and fixed it a different way?

I was wondering if you ever got a solution for this.  Any insights appreciated.

We are printing the pick tickets automatically (every 15 min)- using event manager, sql and a third party program for printing multiple pdfs (my reseller did the work on this so not sure the name of the program). I am just planning on moving this to the shipping printer today - we had a number of glitches so we were printing by customer service (so they could be sure of what was printing)- now that everyone is more comfortable we will be trying it at the shipping printer again. THe problem with this solution is if they go back into an order to change something - sometimes it gets on the pick ticket - sometimes not. We gave them access to the pdfs so they can check. Overall I am ok with this but this resolution is way more complicated than I wanted. Too many areas to check if there is a problem.

If you can get the name of that 3rd part app I'd appreciate it.

DGilz wouldn't you just use visualcut ?

Yes I would use VisualCut.  I just wanted to see what else is out there.  VisualCut can do this (for $400) and you do not need Event Manager at $4k or more on top of it.
