Remote Support

By now, everyone has heard about remote support softwares. We can access our own computers from anywhere in the world, just as if we had them in front of us, or we can request help from experts so they can solve our problems. All we need is an Internet connection, and that's it.

There are many companies that use remote support nowadays, so they can access their costumers computers at anytime, from anywhere, with no costs. This will help them improve, and will allow them to increase their productivity, and nevertheless, it'll make their costumers happy.

BeAnywhere is a company specialized in remote support. One of their products, Support Express, allows companies to provide remote support to their costumers – professional remote support solution. A few of it's features are – for managers -  video recording, quality control, administration area, missed session reports, web site integration, etc, and – for technicians – instant connection, file transfer, portable, install as a server, no software pre-installation, to name a few.

By using BeAnywehre's Support Express, you can assist a various number of costumers simultaneously, and access their desktop using remote support. For this to happen, they'll first need to accept a request at the beggining of the session and, when they want, they can cancel it at anytime, just by closing it. Technicians can also access unattended computers, in case their costumers are away, but, for this to work, they'll need to install BeAnywhere as a Windows service on their costumers computers, so they can have unlimited access. If their costumers have a computer with Windows Vista, they can ask them for administrative privileges, allowing full access to their computer. BeAnywhere is also compatible with multi-monitor configurations, so that technicians get a full view of what they're doing.

Another important feature of BeAnywhere, is that you're able to get reports about your support activity, for example, you can see how long you have spent with a costumer, or how many costumers were assisted.

BeAnywhere also provides Web Integration, so that you can embed in your website a direct link in case your costumers want to start a remote support session.
