Victoria - while I just bought your excellent book re:
    Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 Implementation
you are indeed pushing the 'gray area' of compliance with the forum rules of:
   Promoting, selling, recruiting and student posting

you will get a number of 'finds' which may be able to help you.
