Spellapp.exe error from Attachmate

Spellapp.exe error from Attachmate

(OP)
Hi -
I am a user (not an IT person).  My company uses Attachmate to connect to our various mainframe applications.  We have version 8, service pack 1.

I am in and out of the mainframe multiple times every day.  Every time that I close the mainframe session, I receive a pop-up Microsoft window.  Does anyone know of a fix for this problem?  Normally I wouldn't mind except that I receive this message about 10 times a day.  Thanks in advance,
Kristin  Graves

ERROR MESSAGE FROM POP-UP WINDOW
"spellapp.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I then get an option to tell Microsoft about the problem.

I finally received a solution to my my problem.  Here are the steps to take:
1.    open the session (you do not need to log-in)
2.    options/settings/productivity
3.    on the "general" tab, uncheck "enable spell checking"
4.    apply
5.    ok
6.    file/save session
