Listen to Contact Store wav files

Listen to Contact Store wav files

Listen to Contact Store wav files

Unfortunately the database on Contact Store is corrupted and now I am not able to listen to call recordings for the past months.
I have every .wav file but I cannot open them.
Is there a way to open them with a standard media player?
I have seen errors like: codec tag 64... but could not find a solution anywhere.

Thank you

RE: Listen to Contact Store wav files

I have seen on another post someone been able to listen to wav files directly using WITPLAYER ??
Anyone knows how and where to get it?

RE: Listen to Contact Store wav files

I doubt posting this in "IP related" is going to bring it to the attention of those who know about this "Contact Store" system you're talking about.

RE: Listen to Contact Store wav files

Any suggestion on where to please?
