You mean you want to capture the picture of a Web cam? Is the web cam TWAIN compliant?

Check out 3rd party solution - http://www.klarisoft.com/KSNews_112.htm - Costs $90.

Check out http://www.clarionfreeimage.com/related.html#EzTWAINClasses for a freeware solution. EZTwain Classic can be got at http://www.eztwain.com/eztwain1.htm. The camera should be TWAIN compliant i.e. available as a TWAIN source similar to a scanner for it to work.
