Citrix Locale/Regional Date Settings

Help please :) we have a Citrix environment with many many applications used through this. One of the applications is picking up the wrong locale and displaying the date for one of my users in UK format when it should be US.

I've checked *everything* on the clients laptop, no settings are incorrect which has led me to think that the citrix profile somehow has the wrong regional/locale settings.

I've looked everywhere in Citrix, I cannot find anything that suggests I can "set" a profile regional setting or otherwise. Searching on Google :) I found that it pulls this setting from a logon script from the server (?) BUT everyone else is fine. It's just him.

Does anyone know how the regional setting can be changed for this one user in the presentation/management server software or is it more complex than that?
