Citrix Printers are disappearing !

(OP)
Hello all,

I have MPS 4.0 farm where I am autocreating printers for users..

but times to times, in a lap of 1 or 2 weeks, the autocreated printers are disappearing...and I do not why.

I guess that is a printer driver but is quite hard to discover it. I am trying to check on that.

if you have a method to solve this problem it will be nice for me.

the most strange is that citrix printer services and printer spooler are not crashed and the are "started".

when I see that the printers are gone, I just restart the citrix printer service and all comes to normal..
it is annoying because I want to solve the problem definitely...and not restarting that service when is required all the time.

just if you already have this issue and if you know how to solve it, I will appreciate it...

thanks
