Foundry switch IP helper address issues

(OP)
Hello
I am using a Foundry RX-BI-MR and trying to work with helper addresses

so have it set up as interface VE and the vlan number, port name,Ip address and then I have 2 different helper addresses.

What I am trying to do is restrict different ports related to each helper address.

no ip forward-protocol udp 67
no ip forward-protocol udp 68
no ip forward-protocol udp 69

but my question is how would I relate these commands to each specific helper address? I was udp 67 restricted on the first helper address then 68 and 69 on the second but if 68 and 69 are restricted on the first helper address things will break. Im hoping there is a way to do this.
thank you
Robert
