GP 10.

Ok so I pull up a customer on this screen, and check only the Open, and choose Redisplay (Documents is ALL by Document Number) and I get a list.  Something is wrong though as an Open order is most definitely there.  Doing a search in the SOP10100 tables verifies that, and I can pull up the order just fine.  The customer number matches what is being put in the Receivables Transaction Inquiry window, but the order does not show.

Any ideas as to what is causing this?

I am guessing because it only shows payments and invoices.

Borvik,

SOP and RM are 2 different modules and there are only certain things that one will show for the other..and under certain circumstances.  I will try to explain in more detail.

By design open or unposted SOP documents (in the SOP10100 and SOP10200 tables) will not show up in any Receivables (RM) windows or tables.  Only when SOP documents are posted or closed and move to history (SOP30200 and SOP30300 tables) will some of them create corresponding RM transactions that will be visible in the RM module and on the Receivable Transaction Inquiry - Customer window.  When I said 'some of them' - this only applies to Invoice/Fulfillment Order and Return documents.  Quotes, Orders and Back Orders from SOP will never be visible in RM.  You can see them (as well as Invoices and Returns from SOP) on the Sales Order Processing Document Inquiry window(Inquiry | Sales | Sales Documents).

Hope that helps explain what you are seeing.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I thought.  I had a user complaining about it, and my brain only kicked in after the first post.
