anybody can tell me please, how to play a video file in a windows

What type of Video file?

You could try embedding the Windows Media Player ActiveX control in an OLE control and see if it works. Otherwise you need to use the Windows API.

The easiest way is buy a 3rd party product like Capesoft's File Explorer (http://www.capesoft.com/accessories/FileExplorer.htm).
