Iam trying to make a menu in .NetCobol fujitsu that looks like this

On the menu made in CONSOL app i would like to go up and down with arrow keys.
But no luck...

Every body told me that i can make it with MF compiler using ADIS.
But i dont have MF and i dont want to buy them they are expencive, that is why iam trying to get this done in FUJITSU, if it is posibile then i would buy Fujitsu Compiler. Iam using trial .Netcobol for windows.

Any ideas?
Thanks
