Im using WSS 3.0 and SPD 2007
Here is what im trying to accomplish.
I have a custom list with patient data. We are supposed to make a followup call 7 days after the initial contact with the patient. Im trying to create a workflow that would automatically send an email 7 days after the created date to remind someone that today is the day to follow up on the patient.
Ive tried a few ways to do this but have had no luck.
Can someone break it down into simple terms for me. Im good with sharepoint but just starting my foray into designer and workflow.
Ill be happy to provide any more information required.
Anything worth doing is worth messing up at least 5 times before you get it right!
