Unable to Rewind Medium - On Task / Backup using 2 or more tapes

Just recently, DP has started failing on any backup job that spans media, or more noticeably at first, when setting a multiple media format task.

The G3 library is SAN attached (however I have no access to the SAN switches). I have checked the LTO.sys and LTULN drivers and they have the Autostart set to 0. RSM is also disabled on the server.

This has worked fine in 16months and now has just started to fail.

What could possibly be the problem? DP6.1 running on Win2003 Server SP2, with 16GB Ram.

Server is highly secure so retreiving LTT information may be impossible.

Hope you can help!
